Basically if you don’t have a TIG setup you will have to treat this like sheet metal. I ran out of gas so I was using .030 flux on the lowest setting with my Lincoln 100HD. When building my exhaust I needed a tight 90* elbow on my hugger headers to clear my front axle. This fit the bill nicely.

Very thin material ! That has to be welded Highly recommended to fuse it with tig tore or you will chase holes No Clamps will be able to work Product is exactly 3” pipe
