If you’re looking for a tree that is full in the front and flat on the back, this is not the tree for you. The tree is very flat on the back, as there are no branches. However, it is not full at all.

I was a little disappointed when it arrived as the box had damage on every side and looked like it had been taped back together. Upon opening it, the tree looked like it had been used as the branches were clearly spread. I went ahead and decided to put it up. Tree is beautiful and works great. The lighting it just perfect and branches are well flocked and soft. I needed “pencil” for a small space but had to be tall as we have 12’ to 15’ ceilings. Contacted Amazon about the damaged box and the fact the tree had looked used and they gave me a nice credit for that so i am keeping the tree and really love it in my space. I will note that it is actually between a pencil and a slim (which is honestly what I really needed). ... show more

    • Where do I begin?

I should have known by the box, which is torn with holes in multiple places, and obviously opened and re-taped closed many times (I can only assume returned a multitude of times). But, I was not going to give up at that point, I understand that I am a glutton for punishment and decided to dig in. 1. Instructions -- don't match the tree, it begins by instructing one to put in the screws on the tree stand....well, not only are there no screws, there is no where to insert the screws as there are no holes drilled for "required" screws. I decided to continue anyway (mistake and waste of time) 2. The Stand -- is a piece of <insert adjective here> It has only one sort-of-screw to hold the tree in place (its a 9' tree) and I am going to have to find some other way to ensure the tree remains stable as the stand provided isn't remotely acceptable for the height of the tree (that's just physics). 3. The actual tree -- well, as I pulled out each mangled tree section, my heart sank. The branches are twisted, smashed, wrapped around each other, etc. However, they are extremely pliable which is why I continued. I can share that I am writing this review while I am on a break from attempting to reshape the branches. Warning, I've been at it for several hours and I'm still not done. I am not a fake tree newbie and I am well aware that it takes time to adjust the shape of trees once you put them up, however, never has it taken me a 1/2 day to reshape the tree and its branches :( 4. The Lights -- Lucky for me, each section's lights ARE working. This is the single redeeming factor. 5. Overall, I'm skeptical if I am going to continue to spend the time its going to take to make this tree look presentable. I am strongly considering sending it back. 6. The Verdict -- I wish I would have not wasted my time trying to make this tree look like a tree and I would NOT recommend taking the chance on purchasing. While I did get it at a discounted rate, it wasn't worth the headache and, quite honestly, the danger of it falling given its instability thanks to an incorrectly-sized, or defective tree stand. ... show more

This Christmas tree works nicely for the window over our front door. It's not really fluffed out the way I want but we were in a hurry and divorce is expensive. Looks nice from inside and out.

The poinsettia leaves are folded (smashed) and completely caked in flock, which is like glue.... Don't buy this! The flocking is very thick and is flaking off the tree all over the place. When they say this is a 4 foot tree, they mean from the bottom of the pot/vase, not the tree itself. This was not worth even a fraction of what they are charging for it, and a fine example of Chinese-made junk (which should be identified in the listing). If you want something nice and simple, this isn't it. Go to a local place and buy from them. At least you will see what you are buying and what the quality will be. :/ ... show more

This tree was much nicer than expected. Looked dubious out of the box, but half an hour of fluffing later presto! Very little of the flocking came off and the lights are just enough. Very pleased!
