    • Do not fit in Hyundai Sonata 2015, worked in 2019 Honda Civic
Have been looking for a replacement for the OEM low beam headlamps for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata, so these 9005 bulbs should have been good for that application... well, no. The physical space inside the headlamp housing is unfortunately restricted, and the length of these bulbs behind the mounting flange is quite a bit more than the stock bulb, and the rear section of the bulb is much more bulky, which meant there is just no way to get them to fit. They did fit my daughters 2019 Civic for the high beam and provided a good bright light output. ... show more

    • They fit but were a little loose
I used these to replace the high beam lights. They were as easy to install as any other replacement bulb for my car. They came with little white gloves (cotton maybe) that I didn't use. These are not halogen bulbs where you have to worry about getting oils from your hand on the bulb, they are LED's. I still took particular care not to touch the light emitting diodes when installing the bulbs. The bulbs do not fit as snugly as the originals, so I added another rubber O ring to tighten them up. I don't use the high beams very often (Still have the original bulbs that came with the car) so I'll give them a try. Hopefully the slightly loose flit won't make a difference. They are very bright white lights that are used on late model cars increasing night time visibility considerable. I will recommend thee lights but perhaps the manufacture can replace the little white gloves for slightly thicker O rings. ... show more

2 bulbs and some gloves. Great upgrade to you halogens. Very competitive pricing on these LED bulbs. It makes driving at night so much better on the back roads or in the rain. Good distance. Make sure your headlamps are adjusted properly so you dont upset oncoming traffic!

    • 2010 Chevy Tahoe Low Beam. Awesome improvement.
We installed these into new (aftermarket) headlight assemblies on the 2010 Chevy Tahoe SUV in the low beam position. So much brighter and whiter than the typical halogen bulbs! Your safety and visibility is massively improved with the light output. Just make sure that you re-aim after installing. Her is the easy way. Go grab masking tape and a 25 foot tape measurer and find a flat driveway or parking lot that you can use for a bit without getting in trouble. Now pull your vehicle as close as you can while leaving barely enough room for you to use the masking tape to create a + on the wall or garage door for the hottest spot made by each of the 2 bulbs. Now measure back 25 feet from where your headlight is now when marking the wall, and beck the SUV so that the headlights moved back 25 feet. You'll need to be working in the dark for this job, so have your tools and flashlight to do your adjusting. Now that the headlights moved back 25 feet, go re-mark the new hot spot. It needs to be no less than 4" lower than when you were up 25 feet almost touching the wall. It likely will not be 4" down, so you need to adjust to get that hot spot at 4"-5" below the original + you made. Once you get to 4" down slope at 25', you can go remove your tape and drive a couple days. If you are getting flashed or high beamed a lot, go down another half inch by re-doing the process to get the up close hot spot and the 25' hot spot, and crank them down another half inch. Make sure that at the end of each adjustment, you have the hot spots at equal height/elevation. You do not want one pointing higher or lower than the other. ... show more
