Pic made these look like not super sharp, but not super dull, rounded on end. They all end up falling way closer to the dull, rounded tip needles. While these types of needles have their place, it is not exactly what I was looking for. However, I LOVE this case! Nicely magnetic. I purchased these to try my hand at slow stitching different projects. The first thing I used them on was slow stitching patches on my daughter's jeans and these were perfect for that job! I have also used them on quilts (first time doing any hand quilting) and I love how easy it is to thread these and hold them in my hands.
