I purchased this set of wheels and they have worked GREAT! My Viking Dishwasher has reached a service life of 9 years and all the lower rack wheels were failing. I located a direct replacement on Amazon. They were expensive but identical. I purchased 2. And they were identical, including the same original failure point in the design...the bushing which rides on the shaft is attached (welded, glued? I cannot tell) to the outer wheel...creating a weak point. The fail mode of all of them was when the bushing finally broke free of the wheel. When I replaced the (2) failed wheels with an exact equivalent....I essentially 'bought' the same problem. And they were expensive. So when other wheels started failing I found these. They are NOT designated for Viking dishwasher racks, but I figured I could make them work. The key difference on these is it is (1) complete molded part....no inherent weak point at the bushing-to-wheel interface. When they arrived the shaft hole was too small. I drilled it out slightly, it snapped onto the Viking rack axle perfectly. They work great and I expect them to last forever. Another note, they are white. The wheels they replaced are dark grey. So, you have to ask yourself, are you a reader and follower of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance"? If yes, then you will appreciate these work great, the design approach is better than original, they will not fail like the original. And when you open up your dishwasher and see the rack roll out super smooth....you will appreciate the white color...almost like the color is a beacon to see and remind yourself of your clever, inexpensive solution. So buy these wheels! Since it was a full set I have the unused wheels in the kitchen drawer....to replace the original wheels once all fail...which they will. On the other hand if the thought of opening your dishwasher and seeing a white wheel amongst the dark grey ones will drive you crazy....then do not buy these. Go find an 'exact' replacement, in a package quantity of (1), and spend a lot more money. ... show more

Superior to original part. Other reviews mentioned soaking axel/retainers in hot water for a few minutes before assembling to basket to avoid breakage. I did so and parts snapped in place easily with NO breakage.

After 16 years of use, dishwasher parts get worn down and broken! An easy and reasonably priced solution was this 8 pack of rollers and studs...and I needed EVERY piece to make this baby roll smoothly! My order arrived the following day! I immediately snapped each Stud in the Roller, and one by one I replaced them with the new parts...Until I got to the last one and realized the stud was broken! :( I looked in the bag it came in, just in case,...but nope, there was nothing. It came like that. I messaged the seller on 2/3/23 within 30 minutes of the delivery and have not heard back. I just want a replacement Stud and Roller for the broken one. I needed to replace the wheels on the bottom rack of my dishwasher. These new wheels were very easy to install, pop the old ones off, press the new ones on. Literally took a few minutes to replace all 8 wheels. Now my bottom rack smoothly rolls on & out of my dishwasher.

I replaced the rollers on my GE dishwasher (GE PDW7880N10SS). I did soak the axles briefly before installing and had no issues. I would recommend installing the rollers on the axles and then onto the rack. Great product!
