My customers love these mugs but several of them arrive damaged (3 in this last batch). The box often arrives in heat up shape. I don't think it's shipping because my other packages are fine. Again, the ones that arrive undamaged are great.

Everything was perfect with this purchase. Fast shipping, great size, great price, high quality, as if that's not enough each comes with a gift box. I ended up making 18 different gift mugs. All we heard was praise. Do yourself a favor and use these mugs for sublimation. I will be getting more.
