I love firm beds and this one sleeps awesome...when you're in the middle. There isn't much integrity to all the edges of the bed. TLDR:: Soft but not as soft as the reviews insinuate. Pros: Expansion max at 48 hours. Queen size is accurate and fits queen bed frames well. Cons:: Not as soft as reviews lead you to believe. I prefer softer beds and this is mildly too firm for me.
