For the price I was afraid I'd get a saw blade that was made from metal that was on the thinner side. I've bought blades in the past that were made from thin metal and the carbide teeth would fly out as you used them. This blade is very heavy and stout. I'm expecting it to last for many years on my radial arm saw. Pros: 1) Price is reasonable. 2) The blade is made from sturdy material. 3) It fits a 5/8" arbor or there's a punch-out so it can be used on other types of arbors, (I'm not familiar with what that it but it's a diamond shaped punch-out). 4) It's a bright color, (which I like because it's highly visible while in use. Which makes it safer). 5) It's very sharp and it gives you a clean cut. Cons: 1) My bad but, I should have verified my blade size before ordering. My saw can takes a 8-1/4" blade but, I can only cut plywood or other relatively thin boards using that size blade. I guess the Con is on me - Be sure you verify the blade size before ordering. This is a great product at a very reasonable price. I'll be looking to get a 10" version for general use in my radial arm saw. In the meantime I will be using this blade for cutting plywood and veneer. I recommend this saw blade. ... show more

The true indication of a saw blades worth is how long it stays sharp with regular use. That said, there is no way to know if a new product has true quality and durability until it's been around for awhile. However, first impressions of this blade were very positive! 60 tooth blades work very nicely for fine cutting edges. This blade does not disappoint! Smooth cuts from a very sharp multi-tooth blades are stunning compared to the standard work-shop 24 tooth saw blades. Try it, you'll probably like it! I don't know how to gauge how long this will stay sharp, but it's quality now is in the cuts. I feel that the price point is good enough that it might be just as cost effective to just replace the blade once is gets dull rather than to have it sharpened. Time will tell and my first impression is very good. ... show more
