Great little tool chest, comes fully assembled. No damage after opening, just need to screw on the wheels. The finish is very nice, looks to be powder coat with stainless steel work top. Has hooks on the side to lock multiple tool chests together, which I probably will do.

Packaged really well, but the metal is thin and the drawers are really shallow (front to back). The case is 13” but the inner drawers are not that deep. This cabinet might be ok for a cheep storage for lightweight objects but don’t expect it to hold up to tools. I returned the one I purchased and was truthful about the reason. I was charged $55 for return shipping. It was advertised as sturdy… which it was not! Not recommended. ... show more

I recently started a repair business and needed somewhere to put all my tools and overflow supplies. I came across this tool chest at a fraction of the price of others. I was a bit worried about it getting damaged due to some of the other reviews... I'm not sure if the manufacturer changed the way they packaged it... But I was very surprised how extremely well it was packaged. It was completely enclosed is foam padding and each corner was secured by a piece of wood. Then it was secured with straps around it. A pain to take out of the box but better that than damaged. It comes with a liner for each drawer, rubber wheels or stands, and a set of keys to lock all drawers at once. The quality seems good and it fits my needs perfectly. I also saw that you can buy other pieces that will interlock - good if you need expansion later. Highly recommend ... show more

Other than being damaged horribly, the one remaining was easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough. Lock mechanism is barely more than adequate, use with care. Hardest part was removing the protective film. Liked it well enough to order another one as they bolt together easily. Not happy in the least. Seller seems interested in making it right. Will update on final result ... show more
