Works great and alot of space if you know how to stack properly. Dinner plates don't fit easily on the bottom, and if you have an upper cabinet where you place it you may have a little bit of issue putting them on top but we make it work. The tray is easily wiped down when needed, but isn't perfect and will still hold a small pool of water. The drain works as expected and pops off easily to wipe out when needed. It’s very stable and holds a lot, the cup rack has to hang on the outside to keep it stable so I hang it on the side closest to the sink to prevent water from getting into my counter. I wish the cracks weren’t so far apart, smaller/thinner items fall between the cracks onto the bottom tray and are a pain to retrieve. This dish rack IS NOT dishwasher safe! I wanted to give it a good deep clean one day, so I stuck it in the dishwasher, the bottom pan wilted and the drain part melted in half, I’m currently looking for a replacement drain piece and am unable to find one. once a piece of this dish rack is broken it cannot be replaced, the company does not sell replacement pieces. I have not had to deal with any rust or mold with this item which was a huge concern for me. It holds a lot and has held up well, I only wish that there had been a dishwasher warning in the product listing or on the manual, I also wish that it were easier to find replacement pieces. Some people in the review section mentioned that they had to 3D print pieces that were missing when they received the item. ... show more

Easy to assemble, fits in a small footprint (we REALLY have no counter space!), sturdy enough to use with glass dishes and stainless steel pots. I LOVE the little drain tube, too! No standing water in the drainer! Highly recommend!

    • Wrong instructions, but turned out okay.

The instructions to assemble the dish rack was for some other dish rack. Guessing there was some kind of 'if it's the same brand, then they're all made the same' kind of thing going on. Took me awhile to get it together, because (without the instructions) I had to guess where the pieces all went. Even when I was using the image to put it together, the pieces didn't exactly fit into place, as shown. The cup-holding piece doesn't actually clasp onto the metal frame to stay upright, it just hangs there, which makes it hang lower than it does in the picture. Also, the tube that drains the water could easily overflow, if too much water is draining out at once. Important to add: Make sure the draining tube expands out into the sink before and during use, because if it gets knocked aside, it can dump water all over the countertop and floor. But I'm so glad that I bought this anyway, because the person I bought it for kept refusing to use a dish rack, and would constantly just pile clean dishes all over a rag (which would get damp) and I felt that half of the dishes could always avalanche off onto the floor. Now, that person is actually using the dish rack because they love the dish rack. No more worrying about a dishes avalanche or damp rag-scented dishes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had 19 inches (see pic with ruler) under my cabinet & the rack is 13 inches, so I thought I had enough space. Just to be safe & to be able to put in & pull out the bigger plates without bumping your hand on the cabinet, I'd say you need 30 inches space under your cabinet. Thought it would still be able to work if I put the big plates on the bottom rack, but there is not enough room and plates can only go in diagonally and only one can fit. It seems really great, sturdy & stylish - if you dont have cabinets overhead. They should have noted this in the description with measurements of the average plate size. I will be returning it & finding a one-level one with the same style & sturdiness. ... show more
