I read plenty of reviews before purchasing this legging 6-pack including a few that mentioned a strong smell that lingered even after a few washes. How bad could the odor be with over 4k reviews and a solid 4 star rating? Here's what I found. I didn't notice any odor upon opening the plastic mailer. Each pair of leggings was individually sealed in its own little plastic bag. Then all of the plastic bags were sealed inside a larger plastic bag and nestled neatly inside the plastic mailer. So far, so good. Upon opening the individual legging packages, however, I began wishing I had a hazmat suit. The leggings reeked of something akin to a chemical spill and I pictured myself wearing my stylish new leggings surrounded by my lovies wearing gas masks. They reeked. Were they carcinogenic? Especially the black, brown and navy leggings. After three or so washes, the smell from the red, olive and gray leggings was only slightly detectable. The black, brown, and navy still stunk after numerous washes. The smell is finally almost gone on the darker leggings but it took a lot of washing and oxy clean to get to this point. Now that the odor has dissipated I can wear them in public without worrying that someone might call the poison control hotline. The soft fleece feels great and keeps my legs toasty. The fabric may snag if it touches velcro so keep that in mind. There is a 3 inch waistband which is basically a reinforced hem. It doesn't roll or pinch. It's very comfortable. Despite the chemical odor, these leggings are still a deal at 6 pair for $25. Just be prepared to wash them a lot before wearing. I hope you have found this review helpful. ... show more

If you're a big leg thick girl like me then you RUN away FAST from anything that's "one size fits most" !!! I'm 5'5 and 200lbs. It may not look like it but I am. My thighs are huge and have been ripping all my size 14 pants apart ( -_-) I refuse to buy new pants so I've been searching for fleece lined leggings to wear to work this winter while I attempt to lose weight. I was so nervous to order these but somebody's review made me give it a shot plus the description says "up to size XL"... And it's true! THEY STRETCH ENOUGH TO FIT! Woohoo! I do have to pull the fabric up starting at the bottom- does that make sense? Like, I use the panty hose technique I guess you can say. I love that these came in a variety of colors and that they are thicker than regular leggings. They feel "strong" like they will last a long time, are super comfortable, stay up, and help keep your belly in. No wedgies lol. These are JUST the right length tho so I'd skip out if you're big + TALL. Oh! And be sure to cover your behind!!! I read a lot of reviews before I purchased these and figured I would try them out despite the negative reviews because the price is amazing. I am 5'4" and 135 pounds with a size 27" waist, my torso is long, my legs short, and I have a big butt for my size. I have a hard time finding leggings that fit. These pants fit me great!! They do go over my ankles, but I like my pants like that. They are a little loose in my waist but I don't see that being much of a problem. Also, I read a lot of reviews about a horrid smell on the pants. They don't smell bad at all. It's just a new clothes smell that everything has when it comes in a package. They are so soft also!! I bought these because I am going on a trip to Iceland in the fall this year. I plan on wearing them under my pants and as pants because they are so cute on!! Update!! I'm back from my trip to Iceland. It was about 30 degrees F a few times and they kept me warm throughout the trip. I didn't even have to wear them under my pants!! They were perfect and I couldn't believe the price for these. Anywhere else you would spend at least 15$ for each pair ... show more

Ok so, I read reviews for these fleece leggings after I bought them. I thought I would regret paying $30 for the 6 pair. It's wrong. First of all, I got every color advertised in the picture. Not multiples of any color without a color u expect. By the way, for those who wanted the olive green, it's more of a forest tree green. It has nothing to do with an olive color. Second topic, the smell of them. You must be pregnant or sick in some way to review the smell of them to be sickening or rancid or horrible. They do have a petroleum/mothball smell. I just threw them in the wash all together with an arm and hammer pouch. The smell as faint as it was is almost nonexistent. Wash them on cold and hang them to dry. DO NOT PUT THEM IN YOUR DRYER! Third bad review, some of the leggings have a leg longer slightly compared to the opposite leg. I'm 5'10" and don't feel I need to tell u my weight and they are plenty long on my legs. They are stretchy regardless to what others said. They are lined with fleece for the love of God! They aren't pantyhose! I'm mad at these bad reviews and disagree with every one of them. They are a great price for their value. One more topic, the pilling. I bought them to go underneath my work pants in the winter so I do not care when they pill. It won't matter to me. Maybe the pilling will matter to those who wear them out with boots. I bought them to keep my legs warm underneath my work pants. In conclusion, buy these leggings, be warm in the winter and if they pill, they are new sleep pants if nothing else. F these negative reviews. Do not believe them. They scared me to read and they were clearly proven WRONG! I am greatful I found such a deal and I will be warm this winter because of them. Great buy.
