Great test for intolerances and deficiencies. It confirmed a few things that I knew but there were several food intolerances that were surprising so I am going to eliminate to see if it helps. For instance, I knew I had reactions to dairy and I had switched to almond milk but still would have discomfort. This test revealed that almond milk was a level 3 intolerance so I have switched to coconut milk which is no intolerance. I have done multiple intolerance tests in the past and was excited that this one was affordable and covered a lot of areas. But the results are contradictory (Soy protein is ok but soy beans are not ok?) and the metals part is very confusing - if I have a 3 on magnesium, does that mean I have too much (my blood tests don't say that) or do I have a bad reaction to it? or does my body not make enough of it? I do take it daily to avoid previous deficiency. When you look online, there's no guide of how this works. It only talks about elimination diet. All citrus fruits - but why? I have no regrets getting this. My results came in quick and we're sure opening. My issue with this kit is the way they rate your intolerances. They use a 3 colored system which leaves a lot to be desired. If instead of a 3 colored system they used a numerical scale, say 1-10, you'd have a better idea of your intolerance to something. For instance, you could mildly intolerant to something, but just over enough to put you into another, "range". Are you in the high end of that range, or the low end of that range? Numbers would tell you where you were on that scale. Colors just aren't detailed enough. Overall I'm glad I purchased this and have no regrets. It's really designed to give you a baseline, but I think the scaling could be improved. ... show more

I've attached photos of my results since none have been posted on amazon yet and I see a lot of people asking for examples in the product questions. The only info I've removed was the company's info, the date of my results and my personal info. I had 18 pages worth of results so I've shown 4 examples, one from each group of results. I had bought this deluxe kit because I had been showing signs of a reaction off and on for 6 months to 1 year. At 1st it was somewhat rare, but eventually would become more common. I was having hives appear on my lower arms and hands which were extremely itchy and would increase in size within hours and wouldn't fully go away until 2-3 days later. I needed answers because it was starting to effect my work tasks. I got my results about a week and a half after mailing my samples to them. The kit comes with what you would expect, but the return envelope isn't the pre-paid kind so you will need to buy stamps or go to your local mailing services in order to have it mailed. The results will break things down into 3 levels, level 3 is a severe intolerance or deficiency, level 2 is a moderate intolerance or deficiency, a level 1 is a mild intolerance or deficiency. I had seen review complaints that people were seeing multiple of the same intolerance in different levels on their results so I ended up printing off the full list of items that they test for and marking them off color coded and found that none of mine overlapped. There are examples of different types of 1 item (Example: Milk (Almond), Milk (Evaporated) and Milk (Cow)) so maybe people are getting some of those mixed up and thinking that got mixed results? I found that printing off their entire list and color coding it made it easier for me to read and review my results as a whole anyways and I've been using that more then I have the actual results list sent to me unless I'm needing to do a quick search for something specific using the CTRL+F computer feature. I've learned that even though my 1st suspicion was almond milk, I didn't give my elimination test long enough and had a delayed reaction occur which made be believe I hadn't removed my issue. I found out later that an intolerance can occur anywhere from 2 hours to 10 days after having been exposed to them and I was only giving my elimination tests 5-7 days. For now I'm only working with the items in my list I regularly use in my daily life and will remove them as needed if removing almond milk doesn't do the job, but so far my reactions have gone away. I've also started taking Vitamin B1 pills because in my results it shows that I'm -99 so I'm extremely deficient and plan on eating more foods that also help with that. In my results it did show I had both an intolerance and deficiency of Iron. I had wondered if this was an issue with the test somehow and looked at their website's FAQ and found my answer there. Apparently it can mean that my body isn't processing Iron correctly. My body is storing my Iron where it shouldn't (So it shows up as an intolerance/overexposure) and because it's storing it where it shouldn't, my body isn't getting enough of it where it would be beneficial for me (So it shows up as a deficiency). The FAQ didn't cover how I should react to this issue so I'll have to find answers for that elsewhere after I've fully dealt with my main concerns 1st. ... show more

Update: upgrading to three stars for their customer service. The seller reached out and offered a refund after seeing my review. They also offered an explanation of their test. That was repeating what is already in their ad. I still highly doubt the accuracy of the test and could not recommend it. Gives you multiple items and 70% of food items listed, for example pose a "problem" even when you know you haven't suffered anything from them before. I read this in reviews, but I had to find out for myself. It red flagged things I know for a fact, I don't have a problem with as a problem and the things that I know are a problem it didn't list. Despite their customer service, I still cannot recommend this test. Using their suggestions I might as well just eliminate about 90% of my diet for two months and then one thing back at the time.
