Love the shirts I did order a size up because I normally where an Xl I am 5”8 184 lbs I wanted a loose fit to cover waste and stomach bulge . I am so happy with the fit I do not dry them in the dryer I feel they may shrink I suggest hang dry method I plan on definitely buying more well made excellent
