They fit well. You can't slide them to the front of the car because they aren't long enough. I have a 2021 subaru ascent. They are sturdy and held up on a 4 hour ride with the roof rack bag.

They made a loud noise when driving. We installed per the directions and even tried different locations and still noisy. I wanted them to be on all the time, but they will only go on when skiing. If we didn't use I would have returned it. Overall, sturdy, nicely made.

Nice rack for my car. Heavy duty. I think the weight is 250lb but I bet u could put 1000lb if car could take it cause rack is heavy duty.

PLEASE do not buy. This item is SO unsafe! We hooked our kayaks up and headed to the lake and within 15 mins of being on the road the roof rack snapped and our kayaks fell off and onto the road… it’s not worth it, also our kayaks are only 45 pounds so even with both strapped on they are not over the 150 lbs capacity. ... show more
