Not sure about the negative reviews on this thing. I put it together myself and it wasn’t terrible at all. Definitely easier if you have a drill. The instructions are clear. Two people would make it easier when it comes to attaching the doors but that does with most any furniture assembly. Looks great and not concerned about it falling apart. When I purchased this stand, there were no reviews so I was very nervous about buying it. I did look at the brand's other products they sold and saw that customers were mostly satisfied with what they bought, so I decided to do the same. The only reason I wanted this stand was for the unique dimensions it had. The pattern was a cool touch. I was hopeful in finding a stand that would fit both my 29 gallon, 10 gallon, and my nano. I looked everywhere and hardly had any luck. I was getting discouraged until I found this one. My 10 gallon half moon tank is very tall, and it sits perfectly on the bottom shelf. I have just enough room to take the lid off and do my water changes, etc. (Barely lol) My nano also has room to perch beside it. The storage areas are a nice addition and great that they're slightly adjustable. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase for the price and was just what I needed. ... show more

This is marketed as a fish tank stand, within the first few months with the tank filled on the stand... the main board on top started to bend. This creates and uneven surface which is going to break the fish tank and cause leaks/ cracks. I contacted the manufacturer but received zero response, going on weeks now. ... show more

The build was easy once you figure out the instructions. The only thing i dont like is how the magnets on the doors dont work. They are constanting falling open and scaring yhe fish.

I LOVE this stand. I was skeptical putting it together because it is particle board, but it is very sturdy. I had my boyfriend and I sit on it to be sure, but my 29 gallon fits nicely on the stand- I would not recommend this for a 40 gallon tank. I also painted the handles black because the gold was too much for me. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. The unit was easy to assemble, the picture guide actually made sense. Once put together, it looks great. I did switch out the handles as I didn't like the gold ones that came with it. It turns out really nice looking but the process to put together is absolutely horrible. The labels were backwards and instructions very confusing. It took about 4 hours when it should have taken 1. But like I said if you can get through that part it turns out very nice and looks great. Holds my 40 gal beardies aquarium on top and 20 gal fish tank on the bottom. ... show more

I put this aquarium stand together by myself and took about an hour & half (ish). No missing parts, clear directions and a lot more sturdy than I anticipated. Love the thoughtful openings in the back to run cords and tubing, nicely hiding it all so your aquariums are the focal point.
