My purchase was excited by the built in Alexa. I had a 5 year old 70 in. Sharp. Good picture, but not as good as the Alexa TV which is made by Samsung. I would give it a five on scale of ten for set up. You need passwords and a little knowledge of Wifi and connections. I set up blue ray, regular channels, Prime video, Disney plus and Netflix for use. Lots of luck lucky owners. ... show more

Don’t waste your time or money on this scam! You’ll never get your money back!!!We ordered a fire TV and the extended warranty. Had to return the TV, which was an ordeal itself, but never received the warranty. It wasn’t emailed or mailed. When we requested a refund, Square Trade sent a label, but how can you return a non- tangible item? Amazon contacted them for us several times and they never responded. Another merchant quick to take your money and never deliver. Do yourself a favor and buy your TV and warranty locally!! My extended warranty is already ticking away, my TV that is covered by said warranty is still sitting in the box in my living room and my wall mount is not even shipping for another month ! Something is seriously wrong with the timing of this package deal !

Update 5/18/22 Looks like they finally edited the description to remove the false information Original review: This warranty does not cover accidental damage even though the very FIRST thing it says is that it covers drops and spills which are accidental. I purchased and shortly after received my contract and terms via email. Stating it only covers electrical and internal damage. I called and surprise! In fact does NOT cover DROPS or SPILLS, and rude to top it off. Cancelled immediately and getting refund. False advertising. How many people bought this and not read the actual terms and think they have great fire tv coverage? The coverage they offer is good for basic repair but not worth the price and attitude. ... show more
