I bought 2 of these bathroom sets for my new apartment. It goes well with my beige decoration and it looks like it's something I would buy from West Elm. Pros: This bathroom set came well packaged and with no scratches or defects. These are very sturdy and well made. I use them daily and have not had any problems with any of the pieces. If anything, I wish I had bought one more for my guest bathroom (I went with a cheaper set for that bathroom and it shows). I like the delicate textures on the bottom half of each piece and the stone feels heavy and expensive. It's everything I wanted! Cons: I would have appreciated a thicker end on the soap dispenser, with this thin end I always have to pump twice to get the amount of soap I want. Pro Tip: When cleaning your bathroom, remember to clean under the pieces too, water and dirt collect there and it should be wiped every once and a while. ... show more

I would like to know how to contact the seller because although the items are beautiful; sturdy, and very elegant, the photo of the "Leaf" products is definitely white, which is what I wanted since we've redone our bath in white marble. But, every item I've received is beige -- not white, even though the description reads "Gentle White". I would be absolutely thrilled with these items if they were actually white. I'm hoping perhaps what I received was a mis-shipment and I can exchange the items for the "Elegant Leaf - Gentle White" products. ... show more

Was super happy with this product when I first got it because I didn't realize it was made from real stone and wondered why it was so pricey. I didn't unpack them right away because I didn't have time but when I finally got around to putting them out I noticed a strange odor. When I put them up to my nose I realized it was coming from the containers and that it smelled like urine. I sprayed them down with an odor cancelling spray but it hasn't helped much. I'm hoping the smell will go away over time if I put them outside. I'm very happy with the quality of the product but I'm extremely unhappy because it smells like urine.
