I purchased these arm sleeves for road cycling (a bit of skin cancer last summer). They are exactly what I was looking for at a great price. As pictured in the images, the sleeve is approximately 18" long. After riding for a while, they probably end up at around 16 - 17" (which is acceptable to me). The wrists have always stayed in place. It's the upper end that moves just a bit. The tricep/upper opening is snug, but I never notice it as being too tight. I rode over four hours this morning in sunny/humid weather, low 90s the last hour. Wind was only around 5 mph. Arms were more comfortable than my "unprotected" legs which were dripping with sweat. I don't think any sun got through the fabric after all that time and the fabric wicked very well- never looked wet or sweaty. I've also used them in cooler temps (maybe high 50s/low 60s) and they help a little. I don't think they are intended to be arm warmers for temps much lower, though. I've washed them a few times with my other cycling clothes (gentle cycle) and they have held up well. I hang dry. I would definitely recommend these arm sleeves. ... show more

I use these every day and I’ve bought this product twice now, they are tight to my arm and don’t move all day long. The wrist portion is a little loose for me but the rest of the arm is nicely snug. The ends (on your bicep) are tight, but I like it because it helps keep the sleeve in place. I don’t get too hot in them either, even when I were a long sleeve shirt with the sleeves under. I would recommend hand washing them and the ends become frayed, I’m too lazy for that so I don’t do that. After a wash though the arm band is a little tougher and needs to get adjusted to my arm again, like it’s length. But overall I find these to be a very nice product. ... show more

These UV arm sleeves in white work very well for my wife and me. We have skinny arms and other designs slip down but these are snug, stretchy, a bargain, and don't slip. Much faster, easier, and less expensive than applying sunscreen. The white ones reflect sunlight keeping you cooler and allowing sweat to easily evaporate. They also make your arms much more visible at night when bicycling and signaling turns. When cold they also keep you warmer -- especially when used as a layer under a jacket. I bought these early 2023 to aid with arthritis relief and was not disappointed. I wear these for 8-10 hours a day while at work and they are very comfortable and do not interfere with motion or my work. Why not just wear long sleeve shirts people ask? Well a separate sleeve moves freely of the rest of your clothes, you may need only one sleeve, they don't hang down around the wrist and interfere with your work. I am a helicopter mechanic and specialize in fuel control components and avionics. After doing this kind of work for over 20 years in a variety of climates arthritis is already setting in, these sleeves provide enough compression to aid in pain relief and are the perfect weight to keep the chill off and and also not be to hot. I've worn them in the summer time in 100°+ weather in Arizona without any problems. Of the four black ones I originally purchased all four are still in great shape, one is actually still brand new.
