My baby doesn't like the liquid or pills, so this has been awesome for him. So far I feel it's working fine for him, we are on colder weather so the true test will come during the warmer months. My only recently started using these flea collars on my dogs. It's winter now so I will have to see when summer approaches and fleas and ticks are most active how well these hold up. Hopefully, these will do something because most flea collars do nothing at all but I also cannot stand using edible flea and tick remedies or the kind that you soak into their skin. There was a puppy around my dogs at Christmas time and I saw a flea on one of my dogs after so I bathed her immediately and put apple cider vinegar and coconut oil on her fur. Being as she has dry skin and medium length fur, you can't always see a flea unless it peeks out and I check her for them frequently because of the scratching, but all I see is dry, flaky skin under the fur. They shipped fast, even though they got delayed due to weather they still shipped out fast and then got here really fast after the weather delay was over. They don’t have an order or weird filter them. Dogs are fine with them. Hopefully these will continue to work because this is a really great value for the money, considering how much I normally spend on the medication I get from the vet. These are nice flea and tick collars, I like that they very long, odorless, non greasy, have 8month protection against insects that can harm my dog and come in a 4 pack, the price is a bit too much for me though, I would say that I like that they are safe to use around children and adults since that's what it states,but contradicts itself by stating 1 thing and then another. ... show more

This has a buckle and the end it’s connected to, looks like it’s secure enough to not pop off. Each collar is supposed to last 8 months. If it falls short of the 8 months, I will edit my review to let y’all know. The collar itself is thinner than most.
