    • High Quality and Exceptional Value
P.E.T. screen protectors used to be so bad and hard to install back in the day that tempered glass protectors became the go-to option. However, cheap tempered glass, limited options for new devices (like the Pixel 8), and the challenge posed by curved and edge-to-edge displays have made glass protectors less reliable. When it came to the Pixel 8, I couldn't find a protector that didn't peel at the edges with a case on, and let's face it, everyone uses a case. I was skeptical about reverting to a non-glass protector. In the past, I had issues with them being too 'gummy.' You could press your thumbnail into it and leave a dent, which would then 'self-heal.' This protector, however, doesn't have that tacky feel. It almost feels like glass, even though it isn't. It comes with quality add-ons that make installation easy. The cleaning wipes are larger and of better quality than those that come with most glass protectors. It even includes a pad to prevent your phone from sliding around during the installation process. I was initially unsure about the alignment feature, but it turned out to be a game-changer and very easy to use. Aligning the protector before sticking it to your screen works remarkably well. You simply place the holes of the protector on the alignment feature and then start applying it from the bottom up, resulting in a smooth application. Although I initially botched my first two attempts due to a piece of hair underneath it the first time and a small bubble on the right side the second time, I found that even these imperfect installations were acceptable. Unlike glass protectors, where an entire corner might not stick down properly, this one adhered well overall. Additionally, camera cutouts on tempered glass protectors always look unappealing, with rainbow effects around the camera and a tendency to collect dirt and dust. While I personally prefer protectors without cutouts, this one manages the cutout neatly. Moreover, because the film is not as thick as glass, it doesn't accumulate as much dirt or dust.     • Very good product!
The package includes clear directions and supplies to apply squarely and without imperfections. Screen protector works the same with fingerprint unlock after deleting and redoing the scan once more. Nearly invisible protection and no bubbles. Would buy again.

Took 1 star off because the instructions could be a little better - here's why: When you peel of the first layer and don't pay attention, you'll end up with 2 layers peeled off of the blue sheet. Instead, you need to be very careful and make sure the middle layer sticks to the blue screen and you only peel off a single layer. Once you figure this out, the install is a piece of cake, and NO bubbles!! Love it. ... show more

    • Flexible screen protector and works great with finger print sensor
These screen protectors are easily installed as they come with a plastic frame so you can install them without any problems. They are great because the are flexible and still protect the screen . Not like the 9h protector that for just a little hit on edge and the whole thing shatters. These work eith finger print sensor all the time without any problems. Easy to install as it brings a frame to be able to center the screen protector and if you dont get right the 1st time as long as you spray a little water with dish soap you are able to remove it and fix it then just spray water on top so you can squish the water out with the card it brings that has a edge with fabric. Then you will see how nice and bright your screen looks and it will last . It is made so it doesn't touch the edge of your phone case and it has a contour with the phones screen .     • Easy to install, fits pixel 8 perfectly
I usually use tempered glass screen protectors, and I was skeptical about using a PET screen protector... but I was pleasantly surprised with this screen protector. Tempered glass isn't ideal on the pixel 8 due to the curved display (and they can be a pain to install without bubbles at the best of times). Also, modern gorilla glass is reasonably shatter resistant (but still scratch prone), so I'm mostly interested in protecting the display from scratches. This screen protector was very easy to install. The included instructions and tool were great. Goes on easy with no bubbles and perfectly aligned. If I compare it side-by-side with the tempered glass protector on my old phone, it doesn't feel quite as smooth to move your fingers across as glass, but the difference isn't that pronounced and it's much better than I thought it would be. I didn't notice any difference in the accuracy of the fingerprint sensor before and after installing the screen protector. ... show more

Had the screen on my Pixel 8 now for over a month. So far so good. No issues reading my fingerprints. I didn't even need to increase the screen sensitivity. But the phone does sometimes suggest to increase sensitivity. So the phone may sense there's a screen protector on. But no issues so far. No peeling back. Accidentally left lint on the screen on my first try but on my second attempt, no issues. The protector is flexible. Not rigid like the glass type screen protectors. I've seen other reviews for the glass type where the edges do not properly conform to the outside edge of the screen causing peelback. Also, using this screen protector with a Spigen Clear Case with no issues either. No interference between the screen protector and the case. ... show more

The install is easy enough (Pixel 8), but the edge of the screen protector won't stick to the bottom or right side of the screen. Yes, I followed the exact instructions. I tried 2 (of the 4) and had the same issue with both. I'll try hairdryer and report back if that fixes anything. *Update* That didn't help. ... show more
