My wife loves these but I don't understand what they are for! I just use a dishtowel and it's fine for me. My wife raves about them like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I got these to use cleaning the surfaces in the kitchen. They work well enough. They are easy to dampen without being dripping wet, which is just right. They were effective cleaning counters, the stove top, the inside of the microwave and other areas. They are quite thick and dense and so quite durable. Super handy! I wish I had bought these sooner. I use these to absorb the dust that the swiffer misses on surfaces. Also, they make a great pre-curser for the magic eraser to see what spots you can remove with just water. I was able to clean up some spots on my door as well.

These work so much better than your typical old duster. Since these are used damp, the dust clings to them. Leaving no dust behind. Compared to your normal duster leaving some dust behind.
