The media could not be loaded. I washed the hair. No smell. I made my own locs and attached them to the bottom of my real locs as extensions.

These locs were well crafted and smelled great. I was concerned about a smell. But overall we decided not to use them because they were larger than the size my daughter wanted. I got two of the same sizes 30 and 60 count and they were slightly different in size.

Hair came in bundles of 20 strands. First impression was the hair smelled nice. The ends of the hair were too perfect to look real. I followed the advice listed on the description of the product. I used the comb to make the locs look more natural (image provided). I then boiled them in vinegar water, shampooed them, and conditioned them (image provided). I let them air dry (image provided). My stylist had no issues installing them. She loved the natural look of them. The only complaint I have at the moment is the stiffness. They do look natural other than that. I believe that with time, water and conditioner they will loosen up. I will update after I've had them installed for a few months. Only on day 4 at the moment. ... show more

I rate the locs and overall 4 1/2 because of the stiffness they have but over time they will loosen up it took mines at least 2 1/2 weeks with me spraying them an applying oil to the Locs. I also applied conditioner on the locs and the rinse them and I notice that helped with the stiffness. If ur hair is black you might want to dye them before the install cause the natural black is really like an number 2 brown so I wasn’t happy with that at all but I colored them and the color took really well. The hair is nice overall and blends well, however when dyed, the hair becomes rough and hard unlike the natural black ones. Other than that everything else was nice.
