TERRIBLE quality. I mean I guess I should have expected it because of the price. But you can’t even tune it. The tuning pegs do not even stay when you move them, they just revert back after you let go. The tailpiece is also terribly attached. There was also multiple pegs rolling around inside the violin upon arrival. ON TOP OF THIS, THEY REQUIRE ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN IT WHICH IS DOUBLE THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE VIOLIN. ... show more

This item came apart! Customer service states “ Its not broken off, its just off its position and will take a few seconds to put it back. As we advertised, Read before purchase: Violin needs to be tuned before it can make a sound, it could not be used upon arrival. If you are looking for a professional level violin, this one may not be your choice.” My family knows a violin needs to be tuned before you play it. This DOES not hold a tune and came apart when tuning. It is cheaply made and I should have listened to the reviews before buying. I now have to PAY to send it back and it isn’t cheap! The violin arrived with the bow strings falling out, already. And the violin itself didn’t produce any sounds. I reached it to the seller and they suggested that I needed to tune it myself. They also sent me a tutorial video on how to do it. But that didn’t help. As for the strings falling out, they suggested me to varnish it. I felt like it was too much of an inconvenience to keep it. I shipped it back for a return but few weeks later when I realized I didn’t get my money back, they asked me for a photo receipt of the shipping. Not worth this violin. ... show more

If you're just starting out and want to learn, this is what you need to buy. Of course, eventually you need to buy a better one down the road. They could be a but pricey, but you'll need one in the long run. But for now, get yourself this one. I've taught myself how to play using this. I have to invest in a better one if I want to put out a better sound. But this is worth it to start out. Take care of it. When not in use, put it in the case. It can be easily damaged. ... show more

I purchased this beautiful violin as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old. Unfortunately, because of all of the shipping delays it didn’t make it on time. Her bday was on the 29th and it didn’t make it then either. I reached out to the seller and they promptly got back to me and refunded all of my money and still sent my baby girl the violin.
