I love the color of this lipstick, but I don't like that it leaves your lips very dry. You may want to put something that will moisturize your lips while wearing this lipstick. Other than that I love it.

The product name is entirely incorrect, which is fine because I didn’t want lip gloss to begin with. However.. this is a matte finish liquid lipstick; not lip gloss. You have to put it on kind of thick, because despite it being a very thick consistency, the color itself is not opaque. It also tastes and smells like plastic while applying. Kind of gross. It stays decently well, however I put this on before work and by lunch time it’s mostly pilled and rubbed off so I had to reapply. I only got this for a Beetlejuice costume, so it’s not a huge loss. The color is nice and what I needed, but it dries out my lips and it’s just not great quality. But you get what you pay for. ... show more

UPDATE: If u don't want a flat looking lipstick, keep searching. I thought if I put lip gloss over it, it might look better. It does, but it completely negated the "permanent" effect & it's coming off onto everything that touches my lips. I won't make that mistake again! Next time I'm gonna try lip balm & see if that works better. I'll update again after I find out. So after 6 hrs of wearing this out to the club u can see some minor wear off. That's after drinking out of a glass & eating some mini tacos. After scrubbing with a baby wipe for less than 5 min, it came off. There's still a trace amount on my bottom lip but they're really chapped so I didn't want to scrub too hard. 1st pic is right after application, 2nd pic is after I got home, 3rd pic is after removal. I'd say it's about the same as the name brand product I have. It's a lip stain so of course it's hard to get off, all of them are, but that's why it lasts so long. Overall I think it's a great product & I'm prob going to buy the other set cuz I really wanted the green also. ... show more

First things first. If you want a non crusting, non transfer, dry matte, you will hate this. Dries quick from application, but the formula (especially on lighter shades) shows every lip crack in the most exaggerating way. It's just bad. I tried with a lip gloss over it and the color looks beautiful that way, so won't be a complete waste. Just 100% not what I wanted. Packaging is cute no doubt. Downside-Did not have individual seals and one had a little bit of color smudged on the outside. There is no way to know if it was just a filling spill or if I received used product. ... show more

Got this today pacifically needed the dark green. I agree with some of the other reviews, you need to let it dry fully and it is sticky when drying. The reason I could not give this a full five stars is because it was hard for me to get off my lips even with a regular remover. I literally had to get a little dab of Dawn (yes the dish stuff) to get it off my lips. I have full lips and I'm a dark caramel complexion so the green color was rich, dark and beautiful exactly the way I needed it to look.
