I bought the Partyprops 24Pcs Valentine's Day Heart...Sold by: PartyJoy. I like the hearts, the colors are nice and they work nicely where I want them displayed.... There was suppose to be 12 glossy, 12 matte finish. I received the correct number shiny, four of each color. The matte finish came with only three of each color. Neither Amazon or Party Joy has a place to request the three missing ornaments.. ... show more
