Great Purchase!! A quality product and very easy to assemble. I contacted the company and they are sending me both battery packs (machine and ring light) free of charge. My only concern with the purchase is the expensive VIP membership fees ($70 a month/$600 a year). VIP allows you to download locally without watermarks, and to utilize cloud share. You can continue with the free membership, but you will have watermarks, and no access to cloud sharing. ... show more

The Photo Booth arrived, today, on time as stated. Emailed customer service for custom logo and power bank. Policy states they get back to you within 12 hours. It was actually less than 20 minutes! Already sent the logo and got the power bank on its way! EXCELLENT customer service so far! Can’t wait to get this up and running tmrw and test it all out. The instructions were INCREDIBLY USER FRIENDLY! No men needed to put this together. It was a breeze! All the parts included with extras! Nice perk! The case is beautiful and very study.
