The directions provided with the Photobooth were not initially clear, but with the assistance of my daughter I was able to get the machine up and running. There are videos and a booklet to accommodate the machine is scarce with information but did get straight to the point to help my daughter teach me to operate the machine. While waiting for my daughter to help me with the machine, I realized the power cord that came with the machine did not work to power on the machine. There was a short in the cord. I could not identify a way to contact the seller and left my initial review in haste. With the help of my daughter and purchasing a new power cord I was able to get the machine to work. There were then issues with the LED lighting. After I left the initial review, the seller then contacted me to help me rectify the situation where they were able to provide additional support to help me troubleshoot the LED lighting. After receiving support from the sellers customer service, I am extremely happy with the product and the support I received.
