    • The fencing seems to be of good construction

Used this product to setup a dog pen on the yard. The fencing seems solid enough and I like this type of installation design where you have the poundable stakes (and I only needed to use a rubber mallet). I just wish the stakes were a little longer which would help tremendously when doing a step down on a grade. Also the double gate latches are not connected and require two actions two open the gate. To allow a larger access opening in the fence, I put a pipe nipple in the ground to receive a stake that connects two regular fence sections. I can easily remove the stake anytime and then gently lift and swing open the two fence sections, as they easily pivot on the stakes connecting them to the next fence sections. ... show more

Do you have an escape artist for a pup? Is he able to leap child gates in a single bound? Does he eat holes in your couch if left unattended? If so, then this fencing can be a godsend. We bought this fence to enclose our pup’s crate so he had room to move around instead of being cooped up in his crate when we leave the house. It has completely changed how he behaves when we go out. No longer is he shaking or crying. He can roam around the room, lay on his bed or in his crate, and feel like he’s not “enclosed”. 4ft high panels are super easy to connect, and stakes have rubber tips to protect the floors. Panels are tall enough to prevent even the jumpiest of pups from leaping over. We Velcro strapped the ends of 2 panels to the sides of the crate to create the enclosure. I use this set both inside and outside! Inside I built a small corral for when I run errands, using it like a crate and also keeping my dogs in the living room area. Set comes with rubber tips for the stakes to protect your floors. Stakes will also stick up above the fence used indoors, but you can use bolts of the same size to link the pieces with same stability. Outside I had enough to fence a large part of my backyard. Great size for small dogs. I have chihuahua mix breed, 7 and 10 lbs, and they can't jump over it. Easy to install outside and very secure. Lightweight to carry. Great value for the peace of mind! I thought this would be a viable option to keep my dog in the yard and allow her to roam a little... I must have misread something because I really thought it said the square footage was 120 but I looked again and have no idea where I got that from. Even still, it seems pretty expensive for what it is. It MIGHT be big enough for 2 small/medium dogs but it's barely big enough for mine. ... show more
