Over the last several weeks, I have made substantial use of this product, and the waterfall stainless steel basin that measures 31.5 inches in diameter is a masterpiece in terms of both its appearance and its functionality. At the same time as the gunmetal gray finish lends a touch of contemporary elegance to my kitchen, the depth of the sink makes it possible to easily handle heavy pots and pans. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, the design of the single bowl optimizes the amount of area available for work, which enables me to work on numerous activities at the same time. The integrated workstation functions are, in my opinion, the things that make this sink stand out the most. Within the context of my day-to-day activities in the kitchen, the pull-down spray head faucet that has changeable settings has become an invaluable instrument. With its versatility and water pressure control, the sink makes it easy to do a variety of tasks in the kitchen, from washing vegetables to cleaning the sink itself. It looks huge but it's the same size as my old one. I think it's because it's 4" deeper. I like the different modes of spraying. I would like to be able to shut it off on the sprayer its self, you have to turn it up full blast just to get hot water. It stays on until you shut it off from the knob. My old sprayer (25 yrs,) would only work if you held the handle down. That's better for me. The cup washer only works with cold water. I like the drying rack, cutting board and the waterfall to wash your vegetables. Check your fittings, though. Mine had 1-1/2" this one is commercial size 3" contractor was not very happy with that one. Overall a nice looking sink, just some features are not very convenient for me. ... show more

    • Not able to adjust water flow

Purchased this sink in October because we needed the sink prior to ordering new countertops but did not officially take out of the box until Friday November 29th after countertops were installed on November 27th. Final hookup was completed today on December 1st and we noticed that there is no way to adjust the water flow. It is all or nothing. Very disappointed since my window for return expired on November 30th. We live in the country and cannot have water running full bore into our septic all the time and there is no way to replace anything on this sink to adjust the flow. I am now stuck with a sink I can’t use and will need to purchase a new one. Now I see other people have left similar reviews in November for the same issue. ... show more

It was extremely hard to install because the clips that came with it did not work very well with my countertops. Did not come with the soap dispenser, but they did reimburse me some money for it missing. The waterfall turns on lightly every once in a while might be my water pressure not sure. But other than that, we enjoy the sink!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The sink itself is of good quality and if it weren't for the faucet I would give at least 4 stars. Most of the accessories all feel to be of reasonably good quality taking in mind there is no soap dispenser included as pictured. Although there is a spot for it. The installation was not easy, at least in my case. The clips are very difficult to keep in place and I needed a really long extension to reach them. The primary reason for the very low review is that the Faucet is very cheaply made. And to make matters worse it's difficult to impossible to find a replacement. I could not in good conscience give a good review based on this very integral part being very proprietary and not readily available. I am also struggling to even find a proper way to contact the manufacturer to even explore replacement options. ... show more

This sink is the centerpiece of our kitchen. It is so unique. First of all, the gunmetal color is rich looking and adds a lot to the kitchen. The features are what sold me on this sink. The waterfall and strainer insert make cleaning fruits/vegetables a snap. I didn't think I would use the cup cleaner when I ordered it, but it works so well. Still getting used to using the knob to turn on the water, but it adds to the uniqueness of this sink. The package comes with everything you need for installation. The only problem we ran into was that the hoses were too short for the water connections, but we bought extenders. The dish basin, strainer and cutting board are an added bonus. ... show more

It was very time consuming to install. The clips for this sink is difficult. And had to get the right Parts for the drain. Wrong parts came with my order. I did love the color of gunmetal very pretty. Like the 10 inch depth of the sink. And no soap dispenser as shown in the pics. But it had the base for the soap dispenser. Don’t know what happened there. That’s one of the reasons I gave it a poor rating on stars. Need to work on the faucet design of this sink to make it easier to use. ... show more
