I purchased one of these monitors 6 months ago when I cracked one of my Viotek monitors. this was a slight upgrade and near the same cost, it has worked great and I like it a lot! i like that there is a USB port in the back, so if you want to buy LED light strips, you can plug them into the monitor (wasnt the case with my old monitor). I recently saw that they were on sale, wayyyyy more marked down than usual, and I bought another. easy excuse to have 3 monitors, 2 being JLINK. Love these. I purchased this monitor to replace a 20” monitor that wasn’t very good. The color, resolution & size made this so much easier to read contracts and even floor layouts for my job. The price was reasonable and now I use it daily! It comes with a very stable base that I installed in under 3 minutes!!

    • Great Quality, Minor Issues
Firstly, this monitor is GREAT for the price! The screen is large and the 2k resolution, while not extremely different compared to 1080P is notably sharper, especially text. The colors were washed out initially but with calibration I managed to make them look great. HDR is useless and really messes up the picture. Don’t forget to change the refresh rate to 160HZ in advanced display settings if you want that full capability! My only issue is the stand.. it was very large and bulky and did NOT fit on my desk. It has great rotation however. This is entirely subjective, but if you have a small desk or you are keeping it on a monitor stand keep this in mind. I took it off and placed it on a VESA mount instead. Great affordable budget monitor especially on sale. 10/10 choice! ... show more

    • Didn't Work On Arrival...Customer Service Lacking...BUYER BEWARE
Box arrived undamaged. The monitor turned on, the "Jlink" logo came on the screen, then "no signal," then "power saving," and then nothing. The power light would turn from blue to red, back and forth. It would never connect. I tried different cords, different ports, etc., trouble-shooted it for about two hours...used those same cords and ports with another monitor and everything worked fine. Reported it to Jlink customer service, informed them I desperately needed it for remote work, if they couldn't help me fix it or send me a new one within a day or so, to please let me know so I could go out and buy or order another one. They kept me hanging for over a week, saying they could help me right away and they could get me a replacement very quickly, and I kept waiting...I kept emailing them and asking them for a status update, and finally after a week they tell me that I can return it with the shipping label they emailed me, but they won't mail me a replacement until they receive the broken one back! Why didn't they tell me that a week ago?!! I could've ordered or purchased a different monitor by now! So, I returned it through Amazon this morning, dropped it off at the UPS store as it told me to do, and now the company is making me wait for the refund until they receive it back!!! Poor customer service for something that is not my fault! Poor communication! Poor product! This company has wasted my time, tied up my refund money, and lied to me about stating how quickly they would be able to get a replacement to me - BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE: It is now Sunday afternoon, and I still have not received my refund, and I returned it Friday morning. They even sent me a message early this morning asking me how they can improve my satisfaction and I told them to refund my money and that will help!!! It’s a Great Monitor for a cheap price. If you need a monitor of gaming but don’t want to break the bank it’s a great choice for your first monitor til you feel comfortable buying a higher price one with the specs you’re looking for.
