I needed something to allow my dog on the patio without trampling my plants. This worked perfectly. I would not recommend this for anyone with arthritic hands. The little clips were time consuming and left my hands sore, and I don’t have arthritis. Just a thought.

For the price, you can probably find a better quality fencing. That said, these are cute and will work, but I don’t know how long they will hold up. These have 2 different sized sets of plastic ‘S’ hooks to hold together each panel and to hold the two sections together. The dimensions of 12” wide by 31” tall given is correct. ... show more

This is a lightweight garden fence with plastic connectors. I used it in my backyard as a vine trellis for a decorative privacy screen to block an unsightly corner of my yard. It’s perfect for that use but I worry it would hold up in the wind. I would not use this to contain a grown dog but it would likely work for young puppies or small breed dogs. ... show more

I have putting these types of fences in our different garden areas because then the dogs are more respectful of the plants. That is our 80 pound doggy in the cage. He was not too happy about going in because this fence is high! At least it is higher, several inches higher than most of these lovely, decorative fences. For me, it was pretty easy to put together. I have strong hands/arms compared to most women. It definitely wasn’t hard for me. Here are some hints for success: 1. Don’t mix up the S” hooks. They come in 2 little packages because they are different sizes as you can hopefully see as I compare them on my hand. The larger S hooks clip on the bottom half of the fence. The smaller clips hook to the upper portion of the fence. 2. There are 2 sides to this fence and it does matter in the result of the appearance. The bars/rods stick out farther on the horizontal bars on the back of the fence both on the top and on the bottom. 3. It’s pretty easy to insert the top portion of the fence into the bottom portion of the fence simply by holding the top and bottom portion of the fence and inserting one part just part way. Then put the 2 panel parts laying on their sides. Then line up and push the top part of the fence into the bottom part of the fence. I feel fortunate that it is a nice, tight fit because that way the fence stays together. I think that’s it for hints for now. It really is pretty simple. The “S” clips may not last forever so then I’ll use zip ties. I am So Excited about this fence! It looks so good! And that price!🎉 ... show more

Our 2 dogs are a very energetic, hunting breed, and when we let them outside, they run very fast circles around the house. At one corner, not far from our front door, they were really tearing up the grass. My husband wanted to block it to force them to go out further in hopes that he could undo that habit and the damage that was coming with it. These seem to do the trick. Each section does come in two pieces, and then the connection between panels is with plastic S hooks. So, it isn't the sturdiest option, but I think that they will do the trick. ... show more

I have loved these so much that I’ve come back for a fourth time and gotten more! I do not use these to guard against animals digging into the garden, but rather think it looks like a very cute fence for the animals. I’ve even made little archway, swinging doors, and change the front garden Into acute animal sized garden with all of my regular plants.
