I love these bobbins. The are the perfect size for my floss mats. The plastic is much more durable than paper. I have special cut mats for my drawers and I use two Floss Bobbins. They are perfect. I used these to organize my entire floss collection. The bottom tabs are very closely cut, so you get really good grip on the floss. It stays in place quite well, even when jostled. Highly recommend these, especially if you have very slippery floss to organize.

Much sturdier than the flimsy thin ones you get at craft stores (even off brand ones!). A few of them have a little extra plastic around the edges where they didn't want to leave the mold, but you can snip it off if needed.

These are as good or even better than name brand DMC bobbins. The slits to hold the thread ends are tight enough that they won’t slip out unless really jostled. I keep mine in a box so I’m not worried about that. Pic is compared side by side to ones I get from Hobby Lobby. These ones are literally a hair longer but it’s not enough to make a difference in storage. The holes are same diameter and everything else is the same as the name brand. The thickness is the same and so they are sturdy and not flimsy or bendable. I’ve wound about 20 so far on these bobbins and don’t have any issues. I also received 300 in my package (10 groups of 30 banded together). I’m very happy with this purchase, no concerns at all. Would highly recommend. I will buy again when I run out. ... show more

Good value for price. Plastic is thinner than traditional DMC bobbins. Some pieces came with broken ends, but still holds floss ok, so I still used it.

I was worried after reading so many reviews that said they received cardboard bobbins instead of plastic bobbins, but I took a chance and I’m glad I did! They arrived on time and definitely are a thin plastic, not cardboard! I also haven’t had any issues with the slits not being cut or being cut too thick, they’ve all been cut fine and I’ve had no issues with my thread coming loose.
