The plastic teaspoons are the best! Very durable and strong so they don't crack under pressure. We use them for both hot and cold foods at home and traveling. Shaped perfectly with great mouth-feel so they don't hurt your lips like other cheaper disposable spoons. It's really hard to find truly heavy-duty clear plastic knives. (I'm still on the search.) I thought these would be the real deal based on reviews, but they are only about 75% as strong as they should be. They are not fragile or lightweight, but you still need to be careful not to break them. True heavyweight knives would easily survive buttering bread with cold butter. These would not.
