This product was recommended to me by a professional garage door repair / maintenance company. He said to apply it every 6 month and only call him when something is broken. So far the product works great and has reduced noise from the door opening and closing. The smart design with 2-way straw is great for different methods of application. The two pack offers savings and should last years without having to reorder. It prevents friction on metal on metal contact points and dries quickly. I would still recommend putting a towel or something under where you are spraying in case there is any residual drip and you are concerned about oil stains on the concrete.
