The buckle in the car seat is completely made of plastic. I've never seen a safe car seat with an all plastic buckle, also there is no chest peice to go in front of the babies chest when in the car seat just the straps.

If I could give negative five stars I would…So I have received this stroller as a gift from my baby registry by a family member from another state… I just opened it yesterday because I’m due in 2 weeks and wanted to have everything ready in case my baby decides to come any time… while I’m putting it together the attachment that has the big wheels and attaches to the stroller did not Clip in place witch make the wheels come of as the stroller moving…and I saw the same stroller at Walmart and the reviews are also horrible a lot of people can not use the car seat to take their baby home from the hospital because it’s not a car seat that is safety approved by any state… ... show more
