I bought these to replace a lost adapter that I would use with my headphones for phone calls. However, these do NOT work with the microphone so are useless for phone calls. They only work to pass audio to your headphones. They also do NOT work with the volume controls on my headphones. This fact should have been VERY prominent in the description and headline.
