I was not expecting to get an in-the-box alert to run a provided roller cleaning card after 10 laminations to remove debris from the lamination pouch on the rollers. Hence, took the laminate CARRIER pouch from my 20-year-old laminator and used the new Laminator with the CARRIER + 5 mil pouch with the Laminator set at 7 mil. The Manufacturer should include a couple of carriers instead of asking the user to do the roller cleaning routine. and reset the Laminator mil settings to include the use with or without CARRIERS which are Available on Amazon. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this because I needed a laminator that could laminate 10 mil. This was a great purchase and I LOVE this laminator! There are several 10mil thick sheets in the package. I tried it and found that 10mil does require more heating time. It can start working after the green light is always on. It does what it says. It works well and hasn’t jammed on me. The customer service was also great and resolved my issues quickly. If I could give this 10 stars I would! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm a teacher and I use it for teaching materials. Easy to use and work perfect. The laminating speed is slowly than my old one but I read the description and knew this ahead of time, but the result is great! Very Smooth and no bubble. Definitely worth it.
