The box says to use the "hatch frame", which there is none included. There is no cutout for the camera lens so the selfie slightly sheen to it. It was very difficult to NOT get your fingers on the screen protector. The description also says it includes a hinge protector, which it does not. The glass protector for the flex screen doesn't cover the entire screen, like many TPU protectors do, leaving part of the back vulnerable to scratches. I would not buy this or any product made by them. Back to JET products for me. ... show more

Did they forget to pack better instructions or something? All I got were the poorly translated, vague ones on the outside of the box. Had very little idea how to install the inside screen film for my Z Flip 5, thought I figured it out eventually, tried it, and it was hideous. There were bubbles everywhere despite trying to be careful, and when I tried to press them out with the squeegee tool, it made creases everywhere. Tried it again a second time and it was even worse. Certainly user error, but I don't know if it counts as user error when there were basically no instructions... The outside glass screen protector worked just fine, and the camera protector probably would have lasted at least a little while if it fit with my phone case (it doesn't) so I gave it two stars instead of zero. I purchased this product before I needed it because the built in screen protector on the Z Flip series always fails. The day came when I needed it and this new screen protector is worthless. It is difficult to install and when you do go to install it, you realize it doesnt fit the phone. The exterior protectors are durable and feel like they may last but one interior protector didn't stick and the other was impossible to put on. Instructions are unclear and I have to figure out how to install it. Got wrong the 1st time so I needed to use the 2nd piece and the material wrinkled easily upon removing the bubble.
