I used these bearings to repair the motors on my Hayward Northstar pool pumps (filter and waterfall feature). Over time the pump shaft seal develops some leakage and the water eventually damages the front bearing. Rather than buying new pump motors I decided to try just replacing the bearings. Opened them up, pulled the damage bearings (with help of a loaner tool from local auto parts store), and installed the new bearings. Reassembled the motors and pumps and they’re both working like new. Took a little time but saved a lot of $$$! ... show more
