  • EUY E-BIKE K6F
EUY E-Bike, so I got introduced to E-Bikes this past summer due to friends and fell in love right away. I typically take my time and research any big expenses and this was a big one for me. I took a solid month to research before I purchased two bikes from EUY E-Bike, the S4 and K6F. My main focuses were customer service, pricing, performance, speed and overall look. Euy E-Bike K6F, I really love the look of this bike and get a lot of compliments on it. I originally got this style for more off road mountain biking and the fact that it folds in half. Liked the idea of it folding to be more compact to fit better in my SUV and taking it upstairs if needed to be. It does fold back and forth super easily, I do wish it was easier to wheel around while it’s folded, but not a super big deal. The only other thing I’d note is the lights. I was debating between the E-Bike K6 and K6F, which have different handle bars and headlights. It was worth it to me for the forked handle bars and the big headlight, which is the same on the S4. I do wish that the K6F did come with the automatic rear brake light though, like the S4. The K6F has a separate battery powered rear light, on the bike seat. I tend to forget to turn it on/off since it’s done manually and since it’s not connected to the breaks, it doesn’t brighten when breaking. Other than that, this bike is pretty awesome and my average speed is typically 29mph on the K6F. The EUY E-Bike S4, first of all I love the overall look. I really like it looking and feeling like a motorcycle. With the average speed of 27-28 (my top speed 30mph) I feel pretty comfortable riding it in the street especially my downtown area. With the huge headlight, that looks really cool and the automatic breaking rear light I’m quite comfortable riding it day or night. I will mention that I did get a stripped bike pedal for the S4. I emailed the company telling them the issue and they put in an order for a replacement right away. It took a little longer than I expected, but they were very helpful, kept me up to date and didn’t hassle me with the issue. (No questions asked.) Overall very good experience with the company and the bike Euy S4. Overall I have really enjoyed riding both bikes. The handling, feel and speed, the quality and just the look of them. I have been pretty impressed and happy with the company as well, which is why they both get five stars from me. ... show more

  • Great value and easy to asseble! Nice looking and work as expected!
Color: Bule Style: Standard
These are very nice bikes, easy to assemble, they work great and are very intuitive to operate! My wife and I are 67, we wanted to spend more time together outdoors and be more active and these are the ideal introduction to the world of Ebikes. After assembling them (about an hour each for a mechanically oriented person who's familiar with bikes) I took them both for a test ride, I live in the mountains in the forest and I live at the end of a long pretty steep rough road. They hauled my old tired behind up the road like I was a feather, all I had to do was keep making the pedals go round in Pedal assist 5 and zoom away we went! After a bit of playing around I came to see how the throttle works as well (it only will go as fast as the pedal assist you're in). Speed maxed out at 24.5 mph which is plenty fast and the brakes needed a slight adjustment to get full breaking power to slow and stop from top speed but work great now. In short, I love these bikes! I made an operator error when I thought the tail light ought to shut off when I turned the power pad off but it was my senile mind not understanding that the lights and tail light operate independently of the power pad and propulsion electrics. Why? Because in straight pedal mode at night you'll need them to come on with out turning on the power unit. So I simply forgot to turn off the light button when I shut down the power pad and so the tail light stayed on along with the headlight (which I didn't notice as it was daylight and not shining on anything close by) Anyway once I grok'd that, all was well. My only slight criticism would be that I'm not crazy about the front forks steering neck, steering head, goose neck, handle bar set up and attachment. Upon removing the shipping brace bar there is a chance the steering head bearings and front forks steering neck can become loose or out of proper alignment in the bearings and need some effort to realign all the neck and tapered spacers designed to hold the neck of the forks centered in the steering head and bearings. Not a big deal but if you're not familiar with bike assembly it might be a little troublesome to get back together easily. Just make sure when you're done assembling the goose neck and handle bars that there is no play between the front forks and the steering head, it'll clunk as you go over bumps or clunk when you pick the front end up and down if it isn't snugly bolted on. There should be no gaps in the assembly at the base of the goose neck. This won't be an issue in most cases, I happened to lift the bike frame right after I took out the frame brace and the forks slipped in the neck a bit and the fork neck was slightly off kilter until I got the tapered spacers (upper bearing race) stuffed back in the bearing and all the washers and tapered collar stacked on with the goose neck tightened down. I'd suggest mounting the goose neck immediately after removing the brace bar and do not lift the frame or dislodge the fork neck from the steering head in the process to avoid the minor issue I had. Ok take your time and you'll have no problem but if you do encounter an issue or have a question don't hesitate to contact the customer support, they're GREAT! They replied quickly and with appropriate questions about my tail light issue and fortunately I had figured it out already (duh!) So problem solved but they were fast at getting back to me and helping me! So 5 stars straight out of the box and with a few test rides, more later if need be. Don't hesitate to buy these bikes they're lots of fun and you'll get a work out but won't be exhausted from steep hills. They came charged and we have to run out the battery as per instructions before recharging but I have a feeling it'll be a few days before we ever get close to running them out. After my test rides and such I still have 4 out of 5 bars of juice remaining....and I did a lot of testing. We're excited, you will be too! Best regards and have fun riding again! TK Riley Update: Isn't this always how it is; you're all excited to do something fun and life throws a monkey wrench into the works...oh well, we will persevere! So 30 seconds into our first ride we both got flats from thorns, so just a suggestion, might want to get thorn resistant tires and tubes like I'm doing, in fact I'm going to squirt 'Slime' into all the tubes too cause I really want to ride the bikes much more than fix flats. Still psyched about the bikes and will have patience while I wait for the new tires and tubes, THEN we're gonna have FUN...I hope.... ;-) ... show more

  • Major Safety concern due to design flaw.
Was easy to put together even with a cast on my broken wrist. Bike has pretty decent parts, yet is not as advertised. Goes 28mph and definitely doesn’t have the torque advertised. I have a Heybike Mars with a 500w motor and this bike doesn’t have much more torque. I got a 2a charger instead of a 4a. It takes 6-8 hours to charge back up from 3 bars. Haven’t range tested it yet but will come back with that review. The major design flaw with the folding mechanism is a serious safety concern. You must tighten the wing nut every few miles due to bumps and gravity making it Unscrew itself. If you don’t keep it tight and the bike folds while you’re riding it, it could be the end of your career or life. Ride Safe! #BikeLife ... show more

  • Assembled with High Quality Components
The media could not be loaded. This bike has been engineered and built with some of the best components I have seen on an e-bike in this price range. This bike not only looks good and feels good IT rides, good and stops good. This ride is faster and safer than my three previous e-bikes, thanks to its design, brakes, motor, controls etc. Plus it has a headlight that’s not just BIG, IT IS BRIGHT. And, a loud horn too! Oh, yes, and a bright, flashing, taillight. A full menu of pedal assist choices from 0 thru 5 provides assistance and power. When you need help from a stop to merge into traffic the twist throttle is the safest answer. I chose to order this bike because of some good Customer Service Reviews. I have already dealt with them on this bike and have appreciated their quick response and service. ... show more

  • NO PRODUCT SUPPORT!!!
Color: Bule Style: Standard
I cannot recommend this product as there is no product support. I have emailed repeatedly and I get no response other than they asked for my order number which I submitted (twice). Otherwise, absolutely no help. 2 weeks later and I cannot use the bike because there is an issue with the pedals.
