They're easy to install but I would definitely reccomend using something like a 2x4 on top of them when hitting them into the ground. It helps protect the paint on them and prevents you from breaking the welds on the bars since it helps spread the force of the hit when hitting them into the ground

The media could not be loaded. We have approximately 56 feet that needed to be covered. I ordered the 20 pack Plus another five pack. You will need to have bolt cutters if you have parts with some concrete in the ground.

I have a some sort of critter that was capable of bending the "posts" even after installing per the manufacturers recommendations. They are poor quality and don't perform as expected, even with other detractions in place. They install easily enough, but don't fit together cohesively. We had a groundhog living under our front porch. We put these all around and he hasn't been back. They were long enough to go deep in the ground, discouraging digging. We attached the upper bar to our deck for stability.
