  • A Sturdy & Versatile Bag That Laughs At Danger
got this bag the other day, and went on two walks with it so far. absolutely love it, lots of pockets, lots of straps and attachment points, and the molle grid was great to put my first aid kit on. also the zipper pulls feel really great, they feel almost "springy" and quick, probably due to the pull being every so slightly elastic, really nice quality. it's also really sturdy, and feels like i could throw it off a building every day and it won't get damaged. there's also a small pocket with a zipper on the corner only that goes right behind your back, right where the straps are, that is designed to fit an armor plate to protect from gunshots, or to put in a hydration bladder, and it has holes for a drinking straw to come out as well (which i'll be using it for that personally). the double stitching also feels sturdy, and the waterproof lining feels really nice. also the flag patch is indeed removable, i personally replaced it with one from Pull Patch on amazon that was black and rainbow stripes (for LGBTQIA+) instead of black and grey like the original, but you can put on whatever custom flag you want to throw in some more personality, i also bought two other patches too. i also put some of my pins on the V strap over the top, so there's room for personality there as well. all around a fantastic bag so far, and i'll update my review sometime in the future to comment on the durability. ... show more

  • 3 Week Review... Very sturdy, and excellent support by the company
After just over 3 weeks, I can say that I am very pleased with this bag. It replaced a similarly sized bag from a different vendor that ended up wearing out after about a year. Multiple pockets are a huge benefit and really help for organization. I use this bag both for work as well as camping with the Boy Scouts so I can quickly adjust what I have packed. My pack cover from my previous backpack covers it well for inclement weather. Zippers are excellent - they seem extremely sturdy and have a lot of support and do not bind up around the corners as my previous packpack did. The molle is always a benefit and I find myself hanging all sorts of things from it -- hand sanitizer, an EDC flashlight, and a few carabeners for good measure. The velcro American flag was a plus, and I was able to transfer my velcro nametape over from my previous pack. I also wanted to make note that the owner also reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I have had no issues but I do find it great that the owner takes time to reach out to his customers from the beginning and not just when a customer complains. Top notch! The only con that I can find is that it does not have pockets on the side for my water bottles. I've managed to rig up a few carabeners to use that I can hook in to the side, but it's certainly not a deal breaker. The pack does have a pocket for a hydration pouch, but I just don't like those. I prefer to use 2 ea. smart water bottles -- but that's just personal preference and not a ding on the bag itself. I'll update in another few months or so to see how it holds up! ... show more

  • Best pack I've owned thus far
Color: Ranger Green
This backpack is so roomy, I stowed a 15 inch laptop, a 16 inch external monitor, all cables needed, 2 battery packs, an extension cord and a change of clothes... All in the main compartment. I live the waterproofing on the inside of the bag and zippers. The padding in the main compartment definitely worked as intended as none of my electronics were damaged during heavy rain. The color is legit, nothing I've seen in other backpacks, it definitely looks pretty legit The zippers had this little locking loops for small s clip, or lock, which I used to prevent them from opening during hiking and transport. The straps a super comfortable with the right amount of padding, not overly bulky, and definitely not flimsy. Will definitely buy from this brand again. ... show more

  • Half the price of comparable packs
This is the 3rd "tactical" style pack I've bought on on Amazon, but hopefully it's the last one I'll have to buy for a while. The first was a super cheap budget bag I bought because I didn't really know better. It fell apart at the seams almost instantly. The second was a slightly less cheap version that is super popular and had a lot of decent reviews. It lasted a little longer, but also started to fall apart in a few months. I went back and forth for about a month, debating between taking a risk on another Chinese made, no-name pack, or just paying the $$ for a 5.11 pack or something similar. That's when this one caught my eye. It looked the part, the reviews were good and the fact it had a real company standing behind it kinda sealed the deal. I've had it for a little over a month now and it's been pulling triple duty as a overstuffed travel bag, a hiking bag and a range bag. The "range bag" part being by far the most taxing. Fully loaded it's somewhere between 30 & 50lbs, and it's what caused my other packs to literally fall apart. But even with 400rds of 9mm, 200rds of .40, a 1,000 or so .22 and a couple pistols, this pack has been holding up exceptionally well. It's nice not having to worry that a shoulder strap is just going to rip right off the back. It has a lot of straps that you have to fiddle with, but unlike a lot other budget packs, these straps are actually high quality and functional. They're also pretty easy to cinch up so they aren't just blowing around and snagging on everything. Zippers are the other thing you have to worry about and so far these seem to be fine. The way the pack is designed it doesn't seem to put a ton of stress on them, even when fully loaded, which is what you want. So yeah, having been burned in the past, I'm exceptionally happy with this particular purchase and would highly recommend this bag over pretty much anything else I've seen at this price point. I'd even go so far as to say it's every bit as solid as many of the "name brand" packs you'll find for $100 or more. ... show more
