I bought the Note Pitt 20 volt impact to remove lug nuts on my new Malibu. Previously, I have been using a Harbor Freight electric impact but the cord was becoming cumbersome, and it was wearing out from the last 10 years of use seeming to struggle with power. This impact had no issues loosening the lugs and plenty of battery left to do the job. I only use to remove lugs not fasten which I do by hand. I have no dislikes it's a great tool to have I had tires to change and it made quick work of it I didn't need a air compressor 15 mins I was done easy to use.

I was impressed with the quality rugged looking tool nice features. Purchased 8/2024. I used it maybe 5 times charged the battery after each use. After 10 days grabbed it out of the tool bag today 6/5/2024 the drill wouldn't work the battery says it's charged but it's got no voltage. The box that I kept says it's a 1 year warranty I can't get a hold of the company. ... show more
