So for the job they work well, we sunk some in around the fence where our dog was digging under. This prevented him from digging all the way out. However on the installation when you tap it in with the hammer (didn’t have a mallet) it causes some sharp edges on the wire tops. Also the Texas heat definitely heats them up, it won’t get too cold here so not sure if they’ll freeze up but super hot to the touch and it’s only June. 4 stars as I’m sure they could have been coated with a heat resistant coating. ... show more

This product is exactly what we needed! We just had a fence installed and there were several spots where our puppy was able to slip under the fence and these were the perfect solution! Installing them was super easy, however I would suggest a hammer and some gloves so you do not hurt your hands when trying to get them into the ground. I like that they are green and blend into the grass line under our white fence. 10/10 recommend for anyone with a digging dog or a small dog who can slip under the fence! ... show more
