These work so well. They absolutely lift your breasts quite high. And they actually move less than with a regular comfy bra. Downsides: They work because they are really sticky. I imagine after wearing them for a long period of time it's going to hurt to take them off. Especially because the non-sticky area in the middle is not big enough. Also, they are pretty big (thick, tall on chest height, etc.) so a. they will show if you're wearing something form fitting or lower cut and b. smaller breasts may be too covered by them, leaving extra material. ... show more

I wear a 34F bra, I usually wear medium shirts but thought I'd go ahead and buy a large. It fits well enough, it's more comfortable and supportive than I was expecting, but I could NOT run in just this top. This will be more for lounge or body weight exercises. I thought maybe having this instead of having to wear a bra and tank top would be good as an under shirt, vut the bottom of it keeps riding up when I move about though so I'm not sure how practical it is. The fit of this top is nice and fits true to size. It’s perfect for lounging around the house or running errands in. I am a bit bigger up top being a 34DD so I do need a little more support for working out so I’m not sure if this would be the best for me doing that but I love this top for so many other things. I’m giving a 3 star because it came SO late. Other than that I am impressed. Good for a larger chest for moderate to low impact. I’m a 34 DDD and I ordered a large. The bottom is a little loose but that’s okay. The one down fall is the bra lining underneath is a little short for a larger breast size. So it does ride up a bit. I was super excited to receive this product, but the material is kind of like that of a swimsuit... and it's cut a bit weirdly. It's built like a tank top with a shelf bra, and the pads are in a mesh compartment in the "shelf" part. They're kinda lumpy, so I'm hoping a wash will sort it all out. My biggest complaint is just the material, it literally feels like you could go for a swim and be fine XD ... show more
