These tights are soft on the inside and look good with a skirt. The large fit me, which is what I'd expect based on the size chart and my usual clothing size (I'm a L/XL in pants and the size chart said I was a M or L). If you fit into two size ranges on the size chart I'd suggest choosing the larger of the two unless you also have short legs and a skinny waist. I tend to carry weight in my waist so I chose the larger option. I wore these tights all day last week while driving, riding the subway, running around a mall with friends, seeing an off-Broadway play, and being outside in the cold. The tights kept my legs warm without being suffocatingly hot the rest of the time, they weren't too annoying to pull up and pull down, and they looked cute. I am by far junta tall, and my legs are shorter than average for my height because I have a longer torso. If you have an average torso, you’re going to have longer legs and if you’ve got a short torso, (*short waisted), you will have even longer legs for the same height, so depending upon the frame of your body, and where you carry your weight, take that into consideration when choosing the size you order, so you don’t have to do an exchange. I should take a size small as I am 5‘4“ tall, my weight fluctuates between 110 and 115 pounds and the size small fit me, but I was worried that I would have to keep tugging on them all throughout the day to keep them up, so I opted to get the next size up, which is a medium, and they fit comfortably with no issues whatsoever This is just my two cents to help you to get the correct food the first time this will mean you have to look at the size chart but also evaluate where you carry your weight. If you have longer legs or a larger bottom, than “average” you might want to size up. 🤔 Other than that these are soft warm, but well and well-made. I’ve no issues with them at all they're exactly what I wanted, but getting the right size is the other half of the picture, so yes, these are lovely.
