At first, when I put it together, it wobbled and didn't seem very sturdy. However, once I pushed it in more, the organizer was very secure and stable. Overall, this was very easy to assemble (took only a minute, with no screws or tools needed) and I love the slide out drawer and the extra hooks on the side.
