I recently purchased this treadmill. The product arrived in excellent condition and the product matched what was shown in the photo. I have a small space and I am short so I was looking for a good sized treadmill to use for at-home workouts that could be easily stored away. The treadmill is not bulky and fit perfectly in the space. It was easy to fold up. The wheels also provided assistance to reduce some of the effort and make storing more efficient. The 3 incline options and the functionality is great for the price and the treadmill also came with extra lubricant. The treadmill only required a few tweaks straight out of the box and it was ready for use a few minutes later. The instructions were straightforward. It also has an emergency magnetic belt. This safety feature worked great when tested because the treadmill would not start unless the clip was connected to the treadmill and stopped when I disconnected it during use. I do not plan to use a desk, so I wanted to have a bar. It took a second for me to get it in the right position but I was pleased to discover that the bar is sturdy for added support. I liked having options of changing the incline, adding the phone stand, and connecting to the app for additonal metrics. The incline was easy to change and the grips on the phone stand were great to ensure my phone/ tablet didn't slide off with the motion. Overall I am happy with my purchase! ... show more

But it is a good, simple basic one for someone like me who needs a way to get some walking workout inside in weather that is too hot or too rainy or too icy or whatever. I am generally very satisfied with this unit. I bought it to use mostly at my desk, and on workout days that are too cold or icey to get outside. I can get a steady, slow and quiet walk in while working, or speed up enough to get a good paced jog in ( I am not a runner so my good pace may be on the slower side). This treadmill works just as expected. It is shorter than a regular/ gym treadmill- which I wanted for my smaller work area. The tread runs quietly and smoothly. I use it almost daily, sometimes for hours at a time, and it runs consistently. I usually use it with the handle down, walking while I work. I have used it to jog some, with the handle up and the phone holder in place. I am not a smooth runner and it holds my phone easily which is nice. I like that it has a small incline option. This is a manual adjustment, but since I am just walking or running slow to get extra steps daily I really don't mind. To adjust the height I lift it up on the front end. It is light enough that I can balance it in one hand and adjust with the other. Moving/ storage- it is super easy to move! I am 5'6" with a bad back and neck and I can move it anywhere I need. I have a very small area so have to move it back and then around a corner it to get it under my desk and have no problem doing so. Maintenance/ adjustment- I have had to adjust the tension once, and this was very easy to understand and execute. I lightly oil it every other week or so with the oil sent with the unit. Safety- My kids love it and have used it a few times. The safety cord is very responsive if removed which I appreciate. Both the on-handle controls and the remote controller seem to work well. It turns off after an hour and has to be restarted. I don't necessarily mind this though- I can easily lose track of time and this helps me to stay in tune a bit more. My kids have also started it and walked away and I am grateful it isn't left to run endlessly! The only criticism I have is that when it starts up, it beeps several times. That is only a problem if I am on a call, but not a big deal. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a work treadmill or a slow/ beginning jogging treadmill. ... show more

I’ve been using this treadmill for two weeks now and I’m really impressed with it. The YIFIT app is a great feature that links via Bluetooth to the treadmill. You can choose from various scenes or select from 9 recorded coaching classes. The treadmill will link with the coach and automatically change speed as the coach does. However, the app only seems to be able to do speeds of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. If the coach asks for 6.5, you will need to manually adjust up the .5. The app also records your exercises, and each person in the house can make a free YIFIT app and record their own workout sessions. The machine is great in that you can set the speed from slow walk to jogging. It does have incline height adjustment, but this is manual. If you want to put the machine away, you must tighten and loosen the control bar before you can fold it down. The iPad holder is nice in that it does not block the information or buttons on the control bar. You can use the app, control bar, or remote to adjust speeds. The size of the machine is very nice for small rooms or areas. So far, I can’t find a way to pause the workout. You just have to slow it down to .8; if you stop the workout, the workout starts over. Overall, I think this machine is a great value for the price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a compact and versatile treadmill. ... show more
