I actually love my Big head, it was what I ordered. The price was very reasonable. I ordered it last minute so I had to rush order it and they delivered as promised! Thank you so much. It really added to my/son's special day. The only thing is, I noticed it was a short of being 2feet. I would definitely recommend. I would go with the larger option 36in instead of the 24in. I ordered a cut out for my daughter’s senior night. The cut out material was high quality but it came with a wrinkle down the entire middle of her face. There are no replacements offered even for damaged/defective items. For the price, I’d expect an item that is not defective. I mistook “no returns” to mean since it is customized you can’t return, not that I was going to receive a defective item and not make good on it. ... show more

Bought this for a senior night activity. It was what was to be expected for the price point and timeliness of delivery. Reviews indicated their product was damaged on delivery and ours was as well, but didn't slow the fun. Shipper may consider better shipping packaging for higher ratings.
