I am not sure if it is suppose to be like this but the Tbsp spoon arrived bent. I don't believe it was bent in the shipping since all the other spoons are completely straight and it appears so in the picture. The metal is really strong and I am unable to bend it back so it probably happened during manufacturing. Overall the spoons seem to be made from a good material but I don' think there is QA or there is lacking of QA as they go into the box. *** Update, company contacted me and offer an replacement.     • NOT the same Quality as Rectangular version
This company used to make both RECTANGULAR AND ROUND version of the HIGH-QUALITY stainless steel meausuring spoons. They are not even denying it because their website describes that the rectangular version is high-quality stainless steel, and the 6-piece round makes no mention of that. It's just a lower quality stainless steel with very abrasive, rough edges! They used to make a 7-piece ROUND version of the higher quality, smooth stainless steel, but apparently no more. That item is "unavailable" with no information about when or if they will ever make that one again. I recommend people buy the rectangular version if you want a good quality product. ... show more

    • WAY better than the plastic, cheap ones!
I previously had those cheap red measuring spoons that I think you get from the dollar store, and the numbers were rubbing off/completely gone on the handles! While I know for the most part what size the measuring spoons are, it's still nice to have them marked accurately. I decided I wanted something that would last a long time and not have the same problem I had with the last cheap, plastic ones. These are PERFECT! I love how nice they look, how they even include 1/8 tsp and 1/2 tbsp, which are not as common to find, and that the numbers are engraved, so no fear of them rubbing off. Don't hesitate to buy these, these are a great add to my kitchen supplies that I know I will have for years to come. ... show more

    • Very nice measuring spoons.
The deep bowls are nice for measuring, you can level the top without having to worry about scraping your spoon out with the smaller measures. Those deep bowls do make them a little difficult to clean, though, but not so much so that I'm going to replace them. They've got a great weight, they are SOLID, not thin stamped metal that feels like it'll bend with the slightest pressure. The amounts are engraved, so no worries about the markings wearing away. I really like the 1/8 teaspoon measure, it's a size you don't see much in sets and one that I find I need surprisingly often. The half tablespoon is another one that will end up being quite useful. I haven't actually tested these to see how accurate they are, but by eye they seem to be pretty much spot on. ... show more

    • Very good measuring spoons
My wife and I received a set of measuring spoons as a gift when we got married in 1976. They were aluminum spoons that are shaped exactly like the spoons you use in everyday life. Now that I've taken up cooking, I've found it helpful to have two sets of measuring spoons. So I bought these and it was a great purchase! Our old measuring spoons were like regular spoons. This set is somewhat conical. This makes it much easier to measure accurately considering the sometimes shaky hands that I have these days. It's hard to pinpoint exactly why it's easier. It could be the heftier weight of this set. I think alot is because of the shape. I should also add that the ring that holds them together is extremely easy to open so you can use each spoon individually. This is much more convenient than holding a fistful of spoons while trying to scoop out of a spice jar or when dealing with liquids - especially oils. The markings for each measurement are also very easy to read. All I can say is I'm satisfied and pleased with this set. I also can't believe I'm rating a set of measuring spoons. ... show more

These meet my needs very well. I'm not a professional cook but, I do dabble. My old set of measuring spoons had an etched measure that became very hard to read after years of washing. These look like they will last forever since the measure is stamped into the steel. They seem to be fairly heavy duty and dont bend easily. I've seem some reviews that complain about exact measures not being true..... Really? I'm not mixing the cure for cancer where life hangs in the balance over a microgram of ingredients! These are accurate enough to get me in the game and, I always adjust recipes based on my taste anyway.(as do most people) You wont be disappointed with these unless you are "one of those people". I which case you need an analytical balance, not measuring spoons ... show more

    • Measuring Spoons Forever. That's how long you'll have them.
Why I like these measuring spoons: 1) They're very sturdy spoons. Stainless steel is a high-quality material. They'll last forever. 2) The connector ring opens and closes very easily so you can remove spoons without much hassle. 3) They come with a 1/8 tsp measure, which my old spoons didn't have! 4) They're deep and narrow, so they fit into most jars. This is actually a huge selling point. It's so annoying when not even your smallest spoon on the ring fits into a spice jar!! Less likely to happen with these, it seems. My one small complaint: they're heavy to handle. But it's not really a complaint, because flimsy spoons bend and break. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are fantastic, I love that they’re free of plastic. It looks like they’re cut from a single piece of stainless steel, so good durability because of that. It comes with the full range of measurements you typically need for kitchen use, and they look great! Ever since we moved into our new home, aesthetic appeal has been a larger focus for us on the things we purchase for the home, so ugly cookware and utensils had to go.
